The Sanofi Surrey Classic Bike Ride 2015 can offer something for cyclists of all ages and abilities with four different routes, of varying distance, covering the beautiful Surrey countryside on Sunday 28th June 2015. There is fun to be had for the whole family on the 15 mile ride, which is open to those 8 years of age and older, while the more hardy cycling enthusiasts who want a bigger challenge, can take on the 100 mile route. All participants will have all of their food, hydration and nutrition along the route provided for them. The Sanofi Surrey Classic support team will take care of everything, so that riders can simply enjoy the ride.

We are delighted to announce that Sanofi, through their Sanofi Inspires campaign are the new title sponsor for the event, having joined forces with the organising team at Zeus Sports for a minimum of three years. For more information on the Sanofi Inspires campaign, through which Sanofi are raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust, please visit http://www.surreyclassicbikeride.co.uk/sanofi-inspires/. In addition to this, Sanofi have also launched the Bike Buddies campaign to help open this ride up to cyclists of all abilities. We are also pleased to announce a new and exciting event partnership with Sport for Freedom, who are our new official charity partner. The venue for this year’s event will be Horsley Park, a magnificent grand Victorian mansion built in 1828, that sits in the glorious Surrey countryside. Each distance within the Sanofi Surrey Classic will be taking in these beautiful surroundings and each will both start and finish at Horsley Park.

All pit stops will be hosted by our fantastic volunteers, all ready and waiting to recharge riders’ batteries with plenty of food, drinks and the hospitality that only the Sanofi Surrey Classic Bike Ride can give. This new and exciting event is designed for all competitors to have fun, meet new friends and get a real sense of achievement by competing in and finishing one of the Sanofi Surrey Classic’s fantastic routes.

If you’d like to get involved with this event, whether as part of a large group or as an individual, we guarantee you’ll have a great day out. The different distances on offer provide something for everyone; a challenge for the more serious rider, while also a fun day out for the family.

Chris Robshaw has recently had to give up his entry into The Sanofi Surrey Classic Bike Ride, due to England commitments. “I’m absolutely gutted not to be able to take part in The Sanofi Surrey Classic Bike Ride at the weekend.  I want to say good luck to everyone taking part and a huge thank you to all those that are raising money for such a great cause’’
